Michael Terzian CMCA
President

Michael was born and raised in the Champions area of Northwest Houston and has always considered Texas his home. His first service-centered career spanned an impressive 34 years in the U.S. Army, where he rose to the rank of Sergeant Major and developed exceptional skills in process improvement and organizational change.

After retiring from the military, Michael joined Graham Management in Spring 2024, bringing his dedication to service and leadership to the organization. He has recently earned his CMCA designation, further solidifying his commitment to excellence in community management.

A proud Texas A&M Aggie fan, Michael adds a unique twist to his story as a graduate of Oklahoma University—Boomer Sooner!

Outside of work, Michael and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters and eagerly await their first grandchildren. He enjoys outdoor activities and takes every opportunity to practice his fluent Spanish.

Bernita Armstrong

Senior Manager

Bernita Armstrong has been a dedicated professional in the community management industry for
over 20 years. She holds the prestigious CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations, showcasing her
expertise and commitment to excellence in association management.
Currently, Bernita serves as a Senior Manager at Graham Management, where she provides
strategic leadership and guidance to homeowner’s associations, ensuring efficient operations and
strong community engagement.

In her spare time, Bernita enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and journaling, which
allows her to reflect and recharge.

Karla Weeden

Senior Manager

Karla Weeden serves as the Senior Manager with Graham Management. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and brings over 10 years of HOA Management experience. Karla currently holds her CMCA designation with the Community Association Institute and is also furthering her education through ongoing courses to achieve additional designations. Karla is married with one child and enjoys traveling, lazy movie days with family, and local concerts in her free time.

Raven Moore, Developer Services Community Manager at Graham Management, brings over nine years of expertise in property management, real estate, and community marketing. A Michigan native with military family background, Raven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Graphic Design from North Carolina Central University. In addition, licensed Texas Real Estate Agent, and certified State Notary. With a passion for HOA management,

Raven is dedicated to fostering strong communities and assisting developers with the seamless transition of communities from declarant to homeowner control, ensuring a smooth handoff and establishing a strong foundation for long-term success. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, coding websites, and expressing her creativity through graphic design and digital projects.

Erica Haymore

Accounting Manager

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Erica Haymore currently serves as the Accounting Manager at Graham Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, ensuring the company’s accounting operations run smoothly and efficiently. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and is passionate about combining clear communication with strong financial oversight. Outside of work, Erica enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying active through regular workouts. She is also a proud parent of two children and enjoys spending time with family.

Cindy Mistrot

Cindy Mistrot
Office Manager

Cindy Mistrot is the Office Manager for Graham Management, and manages HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. Although new to the HOA Management industry, she has over 20 years of experience in Office Administration in several industries, and enjoys being a taskmaster, wearing many hats and staying busy. Born in Maryland, raised in the Dallas area, she has lived all over Texas, including eight years on the coast of Texas, working in the Maritime industry.

Cindy attended North Texas State University as a Radio, TV and Film major. When not juggling a multitude of tasks, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
